Jacob Levy ’09 & Steve and Beena Levy P’09
Jacob Levy ’09 and his parents, Steve and Beena Levy P’09, represent a family legacy of generosity at Pennington. Both Jacob and his parents are Francis Harvey Green Society members, as well as dedicated volunteers and annual fund donors to the School.
Jacob was named as The Pennington School’s Alumni Board President in the spring of 2021, after serving as a long-time member. His track record of service and generous giving, including his newly established planned gift, is motivated by his transformative experience at Pennington. He says, “My time here was life-changing. It allowed me to grow personally and academically. I left Pennington with confidence in myself: being able to self-advocate, master time management, and cherish diverse perspectives.”
Steve and Beena Levy P’09, who have been proud Pennington parents, donors, and dedicated volunteers for many years, made their planned gift commitment to Pennington to invest in the School’s future. Steve says, “We are so grateful for Pennington’s open arms, and we want to extend that support to another young person trying to find his or her way.”
Jacob was inspired by his parent’s philanthropy and felt it was important that he also serve as a model for others. Jacob says, “I want other young alumni to know they can make a planned gift now—really at any age. It is a great way to show your gratitude and make an impact for future generations.”
